What happens during the discovery phase?
We embed with your operations team for 1-2 weeks. We observe workflows, interview operators and managers, map system interactions, and document exception flows and decision points. You get a complete operational map with a prioritized list of agent opportunities — not a slide deck.
How long does it take to go live?
Most systems go from discovery to production in 6-12 weeks depending on workflow complexity and how many systems need to be connected. We scope tightly so you see value quickly, then expand from there.
What ERP and shop-floor systems do you work with?
SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Acumatica, Visual, NetSuite, Sage, SYSPRO, Plex, IQMS, Global Shop Solutions — and most MES, WMS, CMMS, and QMS platforms. If it has an API or a database, we can connect to it.
Can agents run on our servers?
Yes. We deploy on-prem, private cloud, hybrid, or public cloud depending on your security and compliance requirements. Many of our clients keep sensitive data on-premise — we built for that from day one.
How do you make sure it actually works?
Every agent ships with an eval suite — accuracy benchmarks, regression tests, failure-mode coverage, and human review stages. Configs are version-controlled with rollback support. Nothing goes live without quantitative validation against your real data.
How much of our team's time does this take?
During discovery, your team provides process context and system access — typically 2-3 hours per week for the people closest to the workflows. After that, we handle design, build, and deployment with regular check-ins. We're not trying to consume your team's bandwidth.
What makes this different from chatbots or copilots?
Chatbots answer questions. Copilots assist individuals.
